Sparks & Shadows Records has released the official soundtrack for Kevin Smith’s coming-of-age comedy, The 4:30 Movie. The album features an original score by Emmy Award winner Bear McCreary, celebrated for his work on The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, Godzilla: King of the Monsters, and The Walking Dead.
The soundtrack also includes two original songs featuring Brendan McCreary. Released on September 13, 2024, it is available to stream and download on all major digital music services, including Amazon.
The film, written and directed by Kevin Smith, stars Austin Zajur, Nicholas Cirillo, Reed Northrup, Siena Agudong, and Ken Jeong. Set in the summer of 1986, The 4:30 Movie follows three sixteen-year-old friends who sneak into movies at their local multiplex. The comedy is now in theaters, distributed by Saban Films.
